Before uploading the file
Use the Word document that contains the complete version you want to review. Confirm that the file ends in .docx, opens normally, and preserves the headings, tables, images, and structure included in the submission.
How to complete a full review
- Upload the document and wait for the report to become available.
- Read the summary to identify the areas that need the most attention.
- Review all four reports. Each answers a different question about the document.
- Open a criterion or element to see its observations and locate them in the file.
- Correct higher-priority cases first and apply the same criterion consistently.
- Save your changes and upload a new version if you want to compare progress.
The document viewer keeps this workflow in context by showing the page, markers, and explanation for the selected case on one screen.
What each report contains
- General format covers font, spacing, indentation, alignment, margins, and page numbering.
- Paper parts shows the sections found and those that require a check.
- References lets you review the complete list and each bibliographic entry.
- APA elements groups headings, citations, tables, figures, lists, equations, and footnotes.
Before finishing the review
Check the instructions from your instructor, institution, or journal. A specific submission requirement may change which parts you need or how they should be presented. Mentur helps you review the document, but the final decision should account for those instructions and the context of the paper.
